3cCilantro, fresh -- chopped
  Fine
1smGreen chili, fresh, remove
  Seeds -- chopped fine
2tbLemon juice
1/2tsSalt
1/2tsCumin seeds, roasted,
  Ground
1pnBlack pepper

Into a hot cast iron frying pan, put the cumin seeds. =20 Toss for about 30 seconds and remove seeds. Grind into powder.

Put all the ingredients into the blender and puree into a paste. =20 Use as little water as necessary.
